I bought the documentary about the Dream Syndicate on Amazon yesterday, from Steve's beginnings with the Suspects to the latest work from a few months ago. Watched it 3 times in 2 days.
Illuminating, at times melancholic but still enjoyable.
Steve with dyed hair, Dennis with 20 kg more, and Mark without hair. Unfortunately, there's not much mention of Di Precoda (he was shy, and his departure after only 2 works feels far away now...).
They were by far my favorite band in the 80s and 90s, and even today I believe that the first 2 albums, so different and so wonderfully intense, should be considered among the top 50 albums that made rock history (maybe even just among the top 25).
It all started like this...
The Suspects (Davis) - Talking Loud/It's Up to You 7" + "All Tomorrow's Parties" cover

and the docu-film explains it well!
Long Life to The Dream Syndicate!
