As promised, here are my squid with peas that my niece and I devoured tonight. The recipe I invented is this: lightly sauté three cloves of garlic and half a red onion, add the squid cut into strips, brown for two to three minutes, and pour in a jar of chopped tomatoes along with 200-300 grams of frozen peas, season with salt, black pepper, and chili (not too much), and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes et voilà...
