For the marvelous column "The Questionable Triptychs of Aleph," here comes the first episode of the series: 007 in the '80s (LOL) Not so much because I’m particularly knowledgeable about Bond, James Bond and the related OST, but I felt like it. Used to the wonderful high notes of Shirley Bassey from the previous films, in the '80s we find ourselves with a Bond being criticized (Dalton, I mean) and a tentative desire to modernize the musical background with contemporary pop artists. Sheena Easton - For Your Eyes Only - 1981 (Italian title of the film: 007: Solo per i tuoi occhi) Kisses :-* Sheena Easton - For Your Eyes Only [Bond theme song 1981, Widescreen]
