#NEW and the Loop are back, honestly, it doesn't excite me. They, along with the guitarist from the #Heads, are a band I've loved decades ago and still love “those Loop,” but now finding myself with a band that reinterprets that circular sound that has influenced so many similar bands to exhaustion, well, they might be the same as before, but I’m not; I don’t want to ruin the memory of a band I loved yesterday and today, they were “those Loop.” I also experienced this with the return of My Bloody Valentine; feeling the passage of time and being left utterly disappointed by the present.
