For a long time, he had been suffering from Alzheimer's disease. I had read about him in '94 in "Alzando l'ombra da terra," a series of stories about flight, and then nothing else that I remember (perhaps another series of stories). He was referred to as the successor of Italo Calvino. His name is Daniele del Giudice, and today he leaves us orphans. I salute him from here...
