Each of us, more or less sentient beings with opposable thumbs, frequenting this site, surely has a refuge album, a record, or CD, or something else, that we prefer to play when we return home exhausted, after a crappy day, surrounded by disgusting people, etc. etc.
An album that feels natural to pull out from where it’s stored and listen to it all the way through, from top to bottom...

So we drop it on the turntable, or put it in the player, or activate it in any known way, and listening to that album brings us inner peace, shows us a world as it isn’t, even pleasant at times, and this is all just because of the music it contains.
Of course, we enjoy many records, often from vastly different genres... But THAT record is THE record that reconciles us with this wretched world.
