🔹INGREDIENTS: - 1 kilogram of fresh fava beans - 200 grams of bacon - 1 small onion - half a glass of Gallura Vermentino white wine - olive oil - salt and pepper.
🔹PREPARATION: After shelling the fava beans, place them in plenty of salted water and bring to a boil, then drain them al dente. Meanwhile, chop the onion and the bacon into pieces. In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the bacon and onion, and sauté for a few minutes. Add the fava beans to the pan and season with salt and pepper, pouring in the white wine. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve hot and bon appetit!
