Surprise strawberry salad.
Take a nice basket of strawberries, clean them, rinse them, and cut them into pieces.
Squeeze 2/3 untreated lemons, and pour the juice into a bowl along with the strawberries.
Add brown sugar to taste (qb) and mix.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator for a while, and let everything macerate (osmosis).
