#list Why "List"? A friend of my older brother, now a Berliner and a collector at the final stage of vinyl records, showed me a nice list of unknown and mysterious LPs inside a Gong album. Now, with patience, I'm recovering them and listening for the first time on these pages; maybe someone recognizes them and can include information to make it all more interesting.
Archimedes Badkar – Archimedes Badkar II (Swe 1976) Electronic, Jazz, Prog Rock, Experimental, Folk This comes from Sweden, a land of musical gems. From the cover, it seems to be a work with various influences: African dancers, Tibetans, accordions, violins, all wrapped in a beautifully hand-drawn cover. This is the third work from the #list that I’ve heard, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Let’s hope my strange friend doesn’t let us down and introduces us to beautiful music.
