"Latte più all’Italiana."
Who hasn’t seen “A Clockwork Orange” at least once?
How could anyone forget the famous Latte più. But this is a panacea, and above all, it's Italian.
The preparation is simple, almost like drinking spring water.
Take milk, obviously from Italian cows, and heat it in a non-stick saucepan.
It shouldn’t boil, as it could develop “protolattoni” (0.001%). In the meantime, pour 2 or 3 teaspoons of Cognac, like Courvoisier, into a cup, then add sugar to taste.
Pour the milk into the cup and stir with a teaspoon, creating a whirlpool to activate the latte più.
Et voilà, it’s ready.
Excellent in the evening, before going to bed.
Good night and sweet dreams to everyone, with your latte più all’Italiana.
