I'm having a dispute with Fastweb. Two years ago they doubled my rate claiming I had fiber, but more than fiber I had fabrifiber. After a tough negotiation, I agreed on a fixed rate for life, and then a year later they introduced a charge of €5 for "various services." This time the negotiation leads nowhere, so I'm switching operators. Now they are sending me a bill with imaginary closure fees; do you think I should pay them?
