Unfortunately, all the other bands that tried to compete seem clichéd and predictable (Section 25, Minny Pops and the like...) Honestly, I’m not even interested in various Front 242, SPK, Skinny Puppy, Die Krupps... too boxed in and overly reliant on metallic distortions.
