Perhaps the most well-known name in the dark/dark scene, though maybe not the best, because if you look closely there are unknown names jumping out from the shadows with remarkable works. MEAT COLD INDUSTRY comes to mind. Anyway, this is excellent, and I would also add Heresi from a few years earlier.
