Strange is the career of Sergio Caputo, able to impose intelligent hits only to then disappear, often forgotten. A creative by trade, and you can feel it in the lyrics, lively, with that catchy flair. There were rumors about his affiliation with the radical right, although being a product of the micocciana Folkstudio that has churned out left-wing singer-songwriters (many of them for show) surely didn’t help him.
