Led Zeppelin - All My Love 1979: Knebworth "For the LZ, Knebworth was supposed to be and could be a new beginning. Instead, it turned out to be their farewell; being there without knowing they were saying goodbye forever was an unforgettable experience for the entire audience"; I connect this to my dear brotherly friend who, at eighteen, went to see them pumped up and who introduced me to these guys, my inseparable travel companions. So Knebworth, a great festival organized over two evenings on August 4th and 11th. Besides the Zepp as headliners, there were supposed to be other important bands, but it turned into a Zeppfestival as the other groups were minor. Almost everyone refused to share the stage with them. It was said that they couldn't stand their arrogance, maybe... I think it was simply envy and fear of comparison.
