Alright, John Renbourn is great, Shirley Collins is great, and Ashley Hutchings is great... But the giants of folk music were also in Italy, people who rediscovered our popular folk and even wrote original songs like this A la muntagna ( Musicanova - 1978 ) COMPLETA For me, it’s a masterpiece; if the others from D’Angiò and Bennato's "Musicanova" are like this, they become some of my all-time favorites.
