Osgood Robert "Oz" Perkins II knows his stuff; he's written and directed this thrillhorror just right. Being the son of that Perkins who played in "Psycho" by Sir Alfred Joseph Hitchcock has helped quite a bit in my opinion, as well as having had a small role in "Psycho II" at the age of nine.
Nicolas Kim Coppola "Cage" is truly unrecognizable and impressive in the few shots and scenes involving him. Well done, nonetheless, for what little there is.
Dillon Monroe Buckley aka Maika plays her dramatic role as a psychic and FBI agent brilliantly, but she is no stranger to acting in horror & thriller films (and it shows).
The ending seems a bit predictable to me when I think back to when the psychic is a guest for the first time with Carter, the special FBI agent.
I usually stay away from horror films (because when I think back on them, they keep me from sleeping; in short, they leave me a bit startled, ever since I was young). However, I didn't want to miss the latest by Cage, and I must say it had less impact on me than I expected. I noticed that the soundtrack by Elvis Brooke Perkins, known as "Zilgi", younger brother of Oz, plays a very important role in creating that state of anxiety or "fear" that precedes the most gruesome or particular scenes to suggest the viewer, and here, too, it plays its part brilliantly.

The legs of Evil are always the longest.
Longlegs is a film with a dark atmosphere, made metaphorically icy by snowy settings, as well as chilling content.
