Arrested Development

Arrested Development are an American alternative hip hop group from Georgia, formed in 1988 by Speech and Headliner. Known for socially conscious themes and vibrant, rootsy production, they broke through with 3 Years, 5 Months & 2 Days in the Life of... and hits like Tennessee, People Everyday, and Mr. Wendal. After a 1996 split, they re-formed in 2000 and continued releasing albums, including Since the Last Time.
