Incognito is a British acid jazz collective led by guitarist and bandleader Jean‑Paul “Bluey” Maunick, formed in 1979 with bassist Paul “Tubbs” Williams. Their debut, Jazz Funk (1981), helped define UK jazz‑funk. They are known for songs such as “Always There” and “Don’t You Worry ’Bout a Thing,” often featuring vocalist Maysa Leak.
