Frank Lowe

Frank Lowe (1943–2003) was an American tenor saxophonist from Memphis, a key figure in free and loft jazz. Active from the late 1960s through 2003, he recorded influential albums such as Black Beings, The Flam, and Duo Exchange, and worked within the New York avant-garde community. He died in 2003 from cancer.
