Arthur Lee

Arthur Lee (1945–2006) was an American singer, songwriter, and the visionary leader of the Los Angeles band Love. Celebrated for the landmark album Forever Changes (1967), he also released solo work including Vindicator (1972). He served a late-1990s prison sentence for firearm-related charges, returned to the stage with acclaimed Forever Changes concerts in the 2000s, and died of leukemia in 2006.
