Mission of Burma is a Boston-based post-punk band formed in 1979 (core members include Roger Miller, Clint Conley and Peter Prescott). They released influential early records (including the 1981 EP Signals, Calls and Marches and the 1982 album Vs.), disbanded in 1983 and reformed in 2002, releasing albums such as The Obliterati (2006).
