The lineup features Damian Kulash Jr. (vocals, guitar), Tim Nordwind (bass), and Dan Konopka (drums); Andy Ross joined in 2005, replacing Andy Duncan. They’re renowned for inventive, choreographed music videos, including the treadmill classic “Here It Goes Again,” which won the 2007 Grammy for Best Music Video.

American band formed in 1998; early releases on Capitol Records; widely known for creative, low-budget viral videos. “Here It Goes Again” won the 2007 Grammy for Best Short Form Music Video. Signature clips include the backyard dance of “A Million Ways,” the Rube Goldberg machine in “This Too Shall Pass,” the optical-illusion set for “The Writing’s On The Wall,” and the single-take scooter choreography of “I Won’t Let You Down.”

Three DeBaser reviews chart OK Go’s journey from catchy power-pop beginnings to sharper alt-rock hooks and neon synth-pop flourishes. The debut gets a mixed-but-friendly nod, Oh No is praised (even if “Here It Goes Again” as a song divides), and Of the Blue Colour of the Sky lands strong for its funk/synth sparkle. Across them all: the band’s personality-packed, low-budget-but-brilliant videos steal hearts.
