No Doubt is an American rock/ska band formed in Anaheim, California (1986), led by vocalist Gwen Stefani. Core members include Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont and Adrian Young. The band broke through with Tragic Kingdom (1995).

Signed to Interscope Records; Tragic Kingdom (1995) was the band's commercial breakthrough and has been cited as selling around 16 million copies worldwide. Gwen Stefani later pursued a solo career (including Love.Angel.Music.Baby).

DeBaser reviews emphasize No Doubt's ska-pop roots and Gwen Stefani's prominence as the band's frontwoman. Tragic Kingdom is presented as the breakthrough and best-regarded record; other albums (Rock Steady, Push And Shove) receive mixed reactions. Early DIY efforts such as The Beacon Street Collection and the band's commercial trajectory are repeatedly noted.

For:fans of 90s alternative ska-pop, Gwen Stefani admirers, listeners of pop-rock and ska

"Push And Shove" is a work that well exceeds basic expectations for a comeback worthy of mention.

It's too easy to speak badly of people with natural talent, and in this album more than any other (though they're all masterpieces), Gwen and her band prove it, with those melodies that get stuck in your head and make you nod your head up and down and whisk you away into a big and varied sonic world, full of dreams and carefreeness.
