A very unique album, especially for its musical choices. Nicola navigates music in an anarchic manner (we really like this word). Yes, because he moves from an intimate ballad to sudden rock explosions, and then to a chaos almost reminiscent of jazz improvisations. Oh dear, you might say, Nirvana did something similar. No... here we are light years away from grunge. There's a desire to build his own style. A style that in Skepsis stops the track for about 5 seconds. Exactly. 5 seconds of nothingness. John Cage boxed in a track made of punk, indie pauses, and more. We like it... we like nicolainmusica.
