Morbid Saint are presented as an underrated Wisconsin thrash band whose 1988 album Spectrum of Death pushed thrash toward death-metal extremes. The DeBaser review praises the record's speed, aggression and crushing riffs. The band's second album material (Destruction System) circulated as a demo and the group faced label/distribution problems.

For:Fans of 1980s thrash metal, early death-metal listeners, collectors of underground extreme metal.

Formed in 1986 by five thrashers from Wisconsin, the Morbid Saint were one of the most underrated and unfortunately semi-forgotten metal bands of their time, during the golden age of thrash when countless bands in America and Europe played as hard and fast as possible.
