Italian hard rock band from Naples, active 1968–1973; recorded seven tracks at Olympic Studios in London in 1973; material first released in 2001 by Akarma and reissued by Guerssen.

Neapolitan hard rock outfit Moby Dick formed in the late 1960s, channelling Led Zeppelin with Italian and then English-language tracks. In 1973 they recorded seven songs at London’s Olympic Studios and disbanded shortly after. Those sessions, plus earlier Italian cuts, surfaced in 2001 via Akarma and have been reissued by Guerssen. Expect sharp guitar solos, hard-blues grit, and flashes of psychedelia.
