Marvin Lee Aday (known professionally as Meat Loaf) was an American singer and actor, famous for his powerful, theatrical voice and for the Bat Out Of Hell albums, created in collaboration with songwriter/producer Jim Steinman. He performed in films (including Rocky Horror Picture Show and Fight Club) and released several commercially successful albums.
