Rating: In 1999 Hogarth and company released "marillion.com", a sort of self-celebration of their fans whose photos are meticulously reproduced within the cover. The album, starting with the title and the graphic layout, does not appear particularly inspired. Hogarth is convincing, the songs are energetic with some noteworthy passages, but the sensation is of a closed, hermetic album that doesn't allow itself to be loved. This doesn't mean it lacks quality; Marillion is a guarantee in this regard. "Go!", "Enlightened," and "Interior Lulu" are, in my opinion, the best tracks, even if they are almost never performed live. Essentially, a title that provides a pleasant listening experience without detracting from the artistic vein of the band, which five years later will release what I consider their best work.
