Jean Ray

Jean Ray (born in Ghent, Belgium, 1887–1964) was a leading author of European weird and gothic fiction, also writing as John Flanders. He is best known for Malpertuis and the early collection Les Contes du Whisky (I racconti del whisky). He also penned numerous Harry Dickson adventures.
