La pantera del rock. Personaggio di spessore comunque la si voglia mettere. Da "Warm Leatherette" fino a Slave to the Rhythm" sempre a livelli molto alti. Grandissimo album anche l'ultimo "Hurricane", con il quale è tornata a mio avviso ai livelli e alle sonorità del 1985. Consiglio vivamente l'ascolto

Jamaican singer, model, and actress who rose from late‑70s disco (Portfolio, Fame, Muse) to the Compass Point sound of Warm Leatherette and Nightclubbing, scoring iconic tracks like Pull Up to the Bumper, I’ve Seen That Face Before (Libertango), and Slave to the Rhythm. Returned in 2008 with Hurricane.
