Blind Melon

I read now that they are defined as "alternative rock." Their sound is solid Rock, superb both in the folk-acoustic-bucolic ballads, perfect in the harder tracks, and remarkable in the pieces with a more funky or ethnic rhythm. Two delightful albums. Much better than many of their more famous contemporaries.

Blind Melon

Blind Melon are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1990. They broke through with the hit No Rain and the albums Blind Melon (1992) and Soup (1995). Frontman Shannon Hoon died in 1995; a posthumous collection, Nico, followed in 1996. The band later reunited and released For My Friends in 2008.
