Roger Waters

In my opinion, the instrumentalist is not irresistible, but I would never take away a full score of 5 for that: his writings are an essential cherry on top of an already finely crafted cake. Cutting, provocative, and alternative, but also rich, intense with emotion, and characterized by a vision of society and the world shared by a few other lyricists. Fuck paranoia (which I only read in glimpses, but that might be a personal issue).
