Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band is an American rock ensemble formed in New Jersey in 1972 as Springsteen’s core live and studio group, famed for marathon concerts and a muscular heartland-rock sound. Key members have included Clarence Clemons, Max Weinberg, Steven Van Zandt, Garry Tallent, Roy Bittan, Nils Lofgren, Patti Scialfa, Danny Federici, and Jake Clemons.
