Man or Astro-man?

Man or Astro-man? are an American surf-rock group formed in Auburn, Alabama in the early 1990s. They fuse instrumental surf with punk energy, analog/electronic textures, and a persistent sci‑fi fixation, from B‑movie samples to lab‑gear stage props. Key releases span Experiment Zero (1996), Made From Technetium (1997), EEVIAC (1999), A Spectrum of Infinite Scale (2000), and the comeback defcon 5...4...3...2...1 (2013).
