Morrissey

Beyond the usual and repeated label of "human drag," to deny that (to cite just two, but the entire discography is worth exploring) "Viva Hate" and "Your Arsenal" are works of immense class is simply madness. On a human level, his continuous preference for solitude and his character (at least from what comes across in interviews) being introverted makes me appreciate him even more. He has aged horribly and is as bloated as a boiler, but he is still Morrissey and still retains great energy in his live performances.
