An unhinged director that can appeal to fans of pulp, western, and splatter, but nonetheless, in his career, he has produced half good films and half duds. On the podium, I place "From Dusk Till Dawn," "Desperado," and "Machete," and I add that I enjoyed his Grindhouse much more than Tarantino's.
