The Desert Sessions

The Desert Sessions is a collaborative recording project founded by Josh Homme in 1997. Centered in Joshua Tree, California, it gathers rotating musicians for spontaneous studio jams that birthed influential desert/stoner rock tracks—some later reworked by Queens of the Stone Age.
