Seen live years ago, he had a young whippersnapper on drums just over twenty. A drummer with guts. It was a spine-tingling evening. Crazy. But this monster was playing with Miles Davis at just 18, not with Spartaco and the gladiators of Romagna.
There must be a reason for that.
