The Poet of the soul, often described this way. When an artist like FDA is mentioned, one cannot help but place him among the greatest of the 20th century; to say that others are merely house painters or something similar is certainly not plausible, just as it is not fair to compare him to any other Artist. This is how it goes in Art in general. When one attempts to compare him to others, it diminishes their added value. No one like him has written and composed such works, and this does not mean he is the best. PERIOD.
