Frank Miller

Frank Miller is an American comic-book writer, artist, and filmmaker known for redefining superheroes with noir intensity and cinematic pacing. He revitalized Daredevil, reshaped Batman with The Dark Knight Returns and Year One, and created Sin City and 300. He later co-directed Sin City (2005) and wrote/directed The Spirit (2008).
