I think she has a beautiful voice but uses it poorly, in fact terribly, to sing truly pathetic, empty, trivial songs with a depth equivalent to that of a WhatsApp from a silly kid.. I don’t even find her ugly, come on, you’re being a bit too harsh.. Arisa is definitely more of a mess anyway..
