Did they? THEY have their reason... in April, the reunion album was released after 7 years. They've never been anything special, no one tears their hair out over them, but amid so much garbage being shoved down our throats today, they've always been an honest band, without great pretensions.

Guano Apes

Guano Apes are a German rock band formed in 1994 in Göttingen. They broke through with Open Your Eyes (1997) and released Proud Like a God (1997), Don't Give Me Names (2000), and Walking on a Thin Line (2003). After a hiatus beginning in 2005, they reunited in 2009 and later issued Bel Air (2011) and Offline (2014).
