The Profile

Guano Apes are a German rock band formed in 1994 in Göttingen. They broke through with Open Your Eyes (1997) and released Proud Like a God (1997), Don't Give Me Names (2000), and Walking on a Thin Line (2003). After a hiatus beginning in 2005, they reunited in 2009 and later issued Bel Air (2011) and Offline (2014).

Line-up: Sandra Nasić (vocals), Henning Rümenapp (guitar), Stefan Ude (bass), Dennis Poschwatta (drums). Major singles include Open Your Eyes, Lords of the Boards, Big in Japan, You Can't Stop Me, Pretty in Scarlet, and Quietly.
