Metallica

Well, considering the plethora of nonsense written by many of you, I feel I can afford to say something foolish myself: as instrumentalists, they've never been that great, bassists... let's not even go there, since the last true one died 25 years ago...
But they were capable of writing music absolutely beyond any other metal band, they took the movement outside of its natural realm and then... and then they died artistically even if they don't want to admit it. Last inspired album: "Black Album"...
