For better or for worse, one of the biggest personalities of the last two decades. Musically, overall quite overrated... Still deserves a 3, though.

Billy Corgan

American musician, singer-songwriter, and guitarist best known as the frontman of The Smashing Pumpkins. Beyond the band, he has pursued solo work including TheFutureEmbrace (2005), Ogilala (2017), and Cotillions (2019), and briefly led Zwan in the early 2000s.
