Fabrizio De André

A voice that warms the winter and makes the summer airy. Words capable of rendering music almost superfluous, music that, at times, rises to the point of suffocating the words. A UNIQUE example of an honest career, engaged, learned just enough, that has been an impressive crescendo until its premature end. Anyone in Italy who picks up a classical guitar and sings must measure themselves against it. And they cannot win.
