"Average" drummer with a style, if nothing else, very personal and characteristic. The kind of "few ideas, but good ones." As a singer-songwriter, let's not go there, so as not to disrespect the legend that he rightly carries with him. Nice, cheerful, and blah blah blah, but this doesn’t count for much in the history of rock. Being the drummer who played, among others, on Abbey Road (and played it great) counts for a lot more.
