Lowell George

Lowell George (Lowell Thomas George) was an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer, best known as the founder and frontman of Little Feat. Celebrated for his expressive slide guitar and songwriting (“Willin’,” “Sailin’ Shoes,” “Dixie Chicken”), he released one solo album, Thanks I’ll Eat It Here (1979), before his death at 34.
