This album sucks!
I could conclude my review with this blunt statement, but it would be somewhat "unprofessional" and quite unfair to the reader.
In short: everyone has at least once in their life bought a huge dud. Some have spent twenty euros on it, while others, like myself, were slightly luckier, having paid only three euros!
Found at a second-hand stall, I bought this album because I was intrigued by the vaguely "apocalyptic" cover and for the name that reminded me of a good song by Killing Joke.
I wish I hadn't! Mimicking Sisters of Mercy and Fields of the Nephilim with tacky metal guitars and embarrassing lyrics. All this on the brink of the 2000s! What? Do some still do it? Better not to know!
If you want to hurt yourself with some tacky and pointless gothic metal, buy "Snake Killer".
If you have any brains instead, donate the necessary funds to some worthy association for cancer research or other serious diseases.
